Hawaii’s popular cafe“Koko Head Cafe” landed in Japan.

On April 17th (Monday), it will open at the Shin-Marunouchi Building 7th floor “Marunouchi House”.

Koko Head Cafe, which opened in 2014 in Honolulu, Hawaii, is a restaurant where you can enjoy Asian-style brunch. It is so popular that locals and tourists line up from early in the morning.

The chef isLee Ann Wong from New York(Lee Anne Wong).

Having gained experience at famous restaurants around the world, he has been active in a wide range of fields, including appearing on the American cooking program “Top Chef” and supervising in-flight meals for Hawaiian Airlines.

Well, the first store in Japan offers a wide variety of menus centered on local signature menus.

For example, the lineup includes “Cornflake French Toast” with sweet and salty bacon and ice cream, “Kokomoko” which is a spicy version of loco moco, and “Breakfast Bruschetta” which is a rusk topped with macadamia nut yogurt and fruit.
