Webmaster Internship Responsibilities:

As a Webmaster Intern, you will work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager and play an active role in the digital transformation of ORIENTAL GROUP. Your main tasks will include:

• Analysis of existing websites: Evaluate the usability, navigation, design, and SEO performance of current websites.
• Drafting technical specifications: Prepare detailed specifications for website redesigns, focusing on SEO optimization and enhancing the user experience.
• Website redesign: Implement SEO recommendations and oversee website updates.
• Content creation and publishing: Write web content, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
• Design of online communication materials: Create visuals, presentations, and business cases for web platforms.
• Social media management: Execute social media strategies, engage communities, and foster interactions.
• Email marketing campaigns: Develop editorial calendars and monitor the performance of email campaigns.
• Web performance analysis: Measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and report on outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical skills: Proficiency in web languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and strong knowledge of MySQL.
• CMS experience: Familiarity with CMS platforms like Drupal, Prestashop, or Drupal Commerce.
• Web design and template creation: Ability to customize and design templates on Drupal.
• Web tools: Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• SEO expertise: Deep understanding of SEO basics and best practices.
• Languages: Fluent in English and excellent proficiency in French.
• Personal qualities: Self-starter, detail-oriented, creative, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A sense of humor and strong teamwork skills are a plus
