Japan’s largest ramen information site “Ramen Database,” which introduces ramen shops in various areas, publishes rankings of ramen shops based on user reviews. This time, we will introduce the shops that were highly rated for “Tsukemen in Osaka” in a ranking format. The ranking is as of November 2, 2022.
2nd place went to “Crazy NOODLE Fishtons”. This is a tsukemen restaurant that opened in Nishiohashi, Osaka in 2017. It features homemade extra-thick noodles and a rich pork bone and seafood soup. The restaurant’s name, Fishtons, is a combination of the name of your favorite band and “Fish Tonkotsu”. There are also menus such as “Aimori Kioke Soy Sauce Tsukemen” and “Spice Tsukemen”, and you can enjoy various dipping sauces with carefully selected noodles.
The first place was “Menya Takei Hankyu Umeda”. Takei is a tsukemen chain headquartered in Joyo City, Kyoto Prefecture, and in addition to the Hankyu Umeda store, there are Namba Ramen Ichiza, Emil Takatsuki, and Keihan Kuzuha stores in Osaka. The Hankyu Umeda store is a store that only has a ekinaka counter, and you can taste the ingredients carefully selected by the founder himself and the pork bone seafood soup that has been simmered for a long time. It goes well with our carefully selected homemade noodles.
