Supergiant Games is releasing the roguelite ACT sequel “Hades II' has started early access.

This work is a sequel to the roguelite ACT “Hades”, which received high praise for its high replayability. The theme is the story of the underworld in Greek mythology, and the player controls Melinoe, an immortal princess of the underworld, and battles using a combination of numerous skills. It was scheduled to be distributed in the second quarter of 2023, and a follow-up announcement was awaited after the technical test, but distribution suddenly started.

Conversations with characters, including the unique gods, which was a feature of the previous work, are still alive and well. From familiar characters to new characters unique to this work, you can deepen your friendships in a variety of ways as the game progresses.

The game is currently in early access, but it already has more environments, enemies, and characters than its predecessor. Some of the main areas, scenario events, game systems, etc. are still in development, but they will continue to improve them as they receive feedback.

The first major update is scheduled to be implemented in the second half of this year, with the official release scheduled for around the end of the year.
