・Planning and managing new graduate and mid-career recruitment (creating job postings, interviewing, following up with accepted candidates, responding to candidates, and coordinating)
・Managing recruitment systems (HRMOS, etc.), scouting media, and various recruitment channels
・Attendance management, payroll calculations, social insurance procedures, and responding to various employee inquiries
・Identifying HR issues, proposing improvements, and managing projects (education, system development, HR strategy, etc.)
・Collaborating with team members and promoting tasks (including practical management as a leader)
