Job Description :
As a manager, you will be responsible for career management of the company's analysts to senior consultants, ensuring the quality of the entire project and team, building relationships with major clients (general managers and department heads), creating new cases, promoting projects, etc.
[Specifically] DX promotion strategy, systemization plan formulation, research and analysis, RFP creation support, management rule (progress/quality/budget/documents) formulation, creation of report materials for executives, business analysis (business visualization, issue organization, policy planning, etc.), IT strategy concept formulation, system planning/concept, project management support, support related to system implementation.
